We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed here.
The booking button opens booking.apc.club, a separate booking platform. Once you are on that page, the data you enter (name, contact details, chosen service and time) is processed by APC.club on our behalf so that we can manage your appointment. Their own privacy notice applies to that page.
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes server log data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
To display the site we load fonts and icons from Google Fonts, Cloudflare (Font Awesome) and unpkg (the AOS animation library). When these files load, your IP address is transmitted to those providers. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in presenting the site consistently across devices.
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any similar tool. If that changes, this section will be updated before the tools go live.
Note that booking.apc.club and WhatsApp are separate services with their own cookies and privacy notices.
Appointment details are kept only as long as we need them to run the salon and to meet our accounting obligations. Server logs are deleted on our host's standard schedule. Anything you send us by WhatsApp stays in that chat until you or we delete it.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113.
We may update this policy when our services or the tools we use change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
