Gift Voucher Terms

1. Who we are

2. Value and use

• Vouchers are issued in pounds sterling for the amount you choose when you buy one.
• A voucher can be used against any treatment or product in the salon.
• You do not have to spend the whole amount at once. The remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be used on later visits.
• Please quote the voucher code, or show the PDF, before your treatment is paid for. We cannot apply a voucher after payment has been taken.

3. Validity

Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher and shown on your voucher link. Any balance remaining after the expiry date can no longer be used. If your voucher has only just expired, please talk to us — we will always try to help.

4. No cash value

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, and no change is given in cash. They cannot be used to buy another gift voucher.

5. Lost or stolen vouchers

Please treat a voucher like cash. Anyone who presents a valid voucher code in the salon may use its balance. We cannot replace a lost or stolen voucher and we cannot reimburse a balance that somebody else has used. The link in your confirmation email lets you download the voucher again at any time, so please keep that email.

6. Transferring a voucher

Vouchers are freely transferable. You are very welcome to forward the PDF or print it out and give it as a gift.

7. Changing your mind

Vouchers bought in the salon are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right that applies to online and distance purchases, because you buy them in person. If something is wrong, please talk to us — we would always rather sort it out than stand on the rules.

Once a voucher has been used, even partly, it can no longer be exchanged or refunded.

8. Appointments

A voucher does not reserve an appointment. Please book in the usual way and mention that you will be paying with a voucher. Our normal cancellation arrangements apply to appointments booked with a voucher.

9. Payment

Vouchers are paid for in cash at the salon. We do not currently sell vouchers online.

10. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
